Mike Bezzano MSc MCIOB - Managing Director

Mike is a founder member of Mirus and the Managing Director. Having trained as a Civil Engineer Mike spent 15 years as a Contractor working on a number of projects in the Building and Civil Engineering Sectors as a Construction Project Manager, prior to moving into business development and heading up his own division.
In May 1999 Mike moved into Management Consultancy and established a Construction Project Management business for a national Consulting Engineer. This fed his desire to establish his own business culminating in the launch in March 2000 of Mirus.
As well as undertaking the strategic role for business development, Mike maintains an active role as a Project Manager, where his main drive is the delivery of added value through innovation, sustainability and new technology.
Russell Woodward MSc BSc (Hons) - Director and Company Secretary

Russell is a founder member of Mirus and operates as Director and Company Secretary. Having trained as a Quantity Surveyor, Russell spent 15 years with a Contractor working within the Commercial Sector up to the position of Managing Surveyor, and during that time worked on a number of award winning projects including schemes for Cable and Wireless and Prologis.
In September 1999 Russell moved into Management Consultancy and headed up the commercial arm of a Construction Project Management business, prior to the launch of Mirus.
Russell has specialist skills in Value Management and Value Engineering and relishes the challenge in reaching the targets set by both his clients and the ever demanding industry.
He has spent the last 10 years developing a very strong specialist contractor supply chain bourn from his commitment to partnering and continuing relationships, which have reaped huge rewards for our clients and contractors alike.

Our project managers are highly trained and motivated professionals who are extremely comfortable in leading the construction team through the course of the project at any stage from inception through the delivery and into post project aftercare.
