Mirus win RICS Sustainability Award 2008

Mirus are delighted to have been awarded the RICS ProYorkshire 2008 Award for Sustainability for the Innovate Green office building in Leeds.

The Award was received by Mike Bezzano, Managing Director, at the Regional Gala dinner held at Leeds Town Hall on the 23rd May.

The building has now been put forward to the National RICS Awards to be held in London on 17th October 2008.

The building is an exemplar of low energy design and demonstrates energy and resource saving technologies throughout design, implementation and operation.

The building has been awarded the hightest ever BREEAM rating of 87.55%.

Mirus acted as Project Managers and Cost Consultants throughout all stages of the project and remain involved with the 2 year programme of energy monitoring.
