Project Zenith - Aston, Birmingham
Innovate Logistics have taken possession of a new high bay ambient warehouse of approximately 154,000ft2 at Aston, Birmingham, following successful handover today with the development and construction team for the site.
Mirus acting for one of the joint developers produced the project specification to meet the specific needs of the tenant, Innovate. This was based around optimum future flexibility to allow the change from an ambient warehouse into a cold store.
Mirus assisted with the project tendering and procurement and then acted throughout the project construction phase as the Tenant's Agent, making sure Innovate's requirements for the site were fully met.
The fit-out of the final site requirements for which Mirus are acting as Project Managers and Cost Managers are currently under development.
