Cold Store Completes at Holmewood

A new 45,000ft2 cold store for Innovate Logistics has been completed at Holmewood in Chesterfield.

The building constructed on a very tight site will operate at -29°C and includes a mixture of mobile and APR racking to maximise floor useage.

The project was syndicate funded and required close liaison with the development fund surveyors. Mirus acted as Project Managers and Cost Consultants on this £5m project.
