Green Office Achieves Highest BREEAM Rating
The Green Office at Thorpe Park has just been awarded a BREEAM score of 87.55%. The highest ever achieved for any building.
Mirus acting as Project Managers and Cost Consultants have managed the delivery for their client, Innovate Property, the highest BREEAM rating of any building for the Green Office Project at Thorpe Park in Leeds.
The project due to complete at the end of this month is an exemplar of low energy design and demonstrates energy and resource saving technologies throughout both design and implementation, and will no doubt set new standards in the delivery of commercially viable sustainable office developments.
