Cabot Park Avonmouth - New Warehouse

Mirus have been appointed to act as Project Managers and Cost Consultants on a new 160,000ft2 warehouse and office development at Cabot Park, Avonmouth.

Mirus have been working closely with the developer and advising on all construction related issues as part of site purchase due diligence, including service capacities, planning, archaeological and ecological matters over the past 6 months.

This scheme which commenced on the 29 January 2007 is due to complete in January 2008.
