New FM Contract for Mirus Goes Live
Mirus have secured a new long term contract with Innovate Logistics to provide Facility Management support on their 480,000ft2 distribution centre at Bardon in Leicestershire.
Mirus had been involved with Innovate since May 2006 and played a key role in the working group to secure the Tender to provide a 10 year contract for storage and distribution for Nestle.
Since the award of the contract in January 2007 Mirus have undertaken a full detailed FM review of the site, including re-tendering and awarding of support and maintenance contracts totaling approximately £1m a year.
The project went live on the 1 July 2007 following a succesful business transition from the previous site operator. Mirus provide helpdesk support as well as strategic advise on Facilities Management, life cycle management and forecast budgeting.
