Green Office lands BREEAM 2007 Award

Innovate Green Office at Thorpe Park has been awarded the 2007 BREEAM Award for Offices, having achieved the highest ever score of 87.55%.

The presentation of the Award was made at the BRE Annual Conference at the Emirates Stadium on 20th September 2007.

Mirus acted as Project Managers and Cost Consultants and led the delivery team throughout all stages of the development.

The building is an exemplar of how to deliver sustainable construction at commercially viable rates, and is set to act as a benchmark for sustainable projects in the future.
