Derek Parsons MBIFM - Head of Facilities Management
Mirus are pleased to announce the appointment of Derek Parsons as Head of Facilities Management.
Following an early career with British Gas in administration and customer support, Derek moved into Facilities Management. He has over 20 years experience in the management of facilities, property and contract management, operating in senior roles at a number of blue chip companies.
Derek joins Mirus from Johnson controls where he looked after a large corporate FM account in the Midlands. As Head of FM he is responsible for the development and management of Mirus FM including the provision of tailored facilities management services controlled through a proactive Client Support Centre.
A keen environmentalist Derek is actively promoting facilities management green initiatives for his customers.
Positive client relationship management is a strong driver for Derek in addition to the delivery of a first class FM service that will benefit both Mirus and its customers.
