Effective Programme & Project Management Conference
Mike Bezzano, Managing Director of Mirus is to speak at the conference on Effective Programme & Project Management being held in London on the 13th and 14th May 2008.
Mike will present a case study on the Innovate Green Office building that was project managed by Mirus.
This project delivered under a conventional funding arrangement has an extremely strong message to give to commercial developers as well as those with a social and environmental consience.
The building demonstrates the ability to deliver a commercially viable, genuinely sustainable office building which will increase the opportunities for the commercial sector and property owners to take up the challence of building sustainability.
The £6m, 45000ft squared building has been awarded the highest ever BREEAM rating of 87.55% and demonstrates a whole range of novel techniques for reducing resource consumption and CO2 emissions in both construction and use which will save both costs for the user and the environment.
