Innovate Green Office Shortlisted for RICS Award

Innovate Green Office at Thorpe Park has been shortlisted in the RICS Pro-Yorkshire Awards 2008 in the sustainability category.

This groundbreaking project which has received the highest current BREEAM rating at 87.55% was project managed by Mirus.

Mike Bezzano, Managing Director of Mirus said "This project has placed Mirus at the forefront for the management of sustainable developments in the UK and has created a step change in commercial building design".

The winner will be announced during the Gala Dinner on the 23rd May 2008 at Leeds Town Hall.
