Flagship PC completed at Bardon
PC has just been achieved on the Mirus project managed £7m redevelopment of Innovate Logistics flagship distribution centre in Bardon, Leicestershire.
The project involved a new 130,000 sq ft warehouse extension, 10,000 sq ft of new offices and infrastructure changes, to increase the site to 100,000 pallet capacity.
The project was funded through an investment deal and required close liaison with the landlord's team. Mirus acted in the capacity of Project Managers and Cost Consultants, and supervised the works so that the logistics team had no distruption on day to day operations during the works.
