Mirus acting in capacity of Tenant's Agent have saved their client more than £500,000 through value engineering and negotiation with the development team on a 210,000 sq ft warehouse in Hoddesdon.

Our role has included the development of the project to provide design flexibility for the warehouse to be used as an ambient store or converted later to a chill or cold store.

This project which will achieve a BREEAM rating of EXCELLENT is expected to complete in June 08.
