Mirus have provided Construction Project Management and Cost Management services on a range of industrial buildings. Our work in this sector has covered new build, property extensions and refurbishment.

We have generated a particular expertise for managing bank and syndicate funded projects and work closely with the Fund Surveyor before, during and after the completion of the project to protect the ongoing investment.

Projects undertaken have ranged from small light industrial manufacturing units, flexible industrial workspace units and heavy industrial manufacturing to materials handling facilities.
