Mirus provided Construction Project Management and Cost Management services for the development, and were instrumental through our pre-contract Supply Chain management and skills in Value Management, in delivering a workable budget and contract specification to allow the construction of six workspace units in a campus environment within the clients' budget.

Mirus organized and chaired a series of Value Management and Value Engineering workshops with the design team and key suppliers to deliver the objectives of the principle stakeholders whilst driving the project costs below the development budget.

Our role included management of feasibility, development of brief, management of the construction phase works, and construction aftercare. The project was syndicate funded so liaison with the Fund Surveyor pre and post contract was essential for the project success.

The project was completed on time, to the required specification and within the project budget.
