Mirus were employed as Project Managers to oversee the development of two separate Light Industrial Units each approximately 8,000 sq ft. The site required a detailed cut to fill exercise due to the nature of the site and required foundations down to ground bearing strata.

Utilising our Supply Chain Management and value engineering experience the additional costs of the site remediation were covered by saving on the overall design development undertaken with the main contractor.

The overall design accommodated air conditioned offices with a floor warehouse template maximising usage on the tight site constraints. The quality of the finished scheme is reflected in the fact that both units were let within months of completion.

Mirus provided the complete Project Management and Cost Consultant role from inception to completion, ensuring a high degree of quality whilst being delivered on time and under budget.
