Space 27 Multiflex
The Multiflex Units at Sherwood Park Plot 14 provided a unique opportunity for Mirus to utilise its Supply Chain network to its fullest degree. The buildings provided five identical units offering flexibility to any potential Tenant.
Mirus acting as Project Managers were able to undertake design evaluation workshops to ensure that best construction techniques were utilised providing a cost effective design solution.
As Cost Consultants Mirus were able to add value to the scheme by Value Engineering main elements to achieve the clients cost requirements prior to contract signature. The use of Supply Chain Management allowed specialist sub-contractors to be involved early in the design process and thereby eradicate design interface issues.
The completed project to a BREEAM "Excellent" rating was co-ordinated by the Project Manager through close liaison with the main contractor and design consultants.
The finished scheme has provided a flexible light industrial office solution which Mirus have played a major role as Project Managers.
