Infrastructure and Remediation
Mirus have construction project management and cost management experience across a wide range of building related remediation and infrastructure works. Our projects have utilized a range of remediation techniques including above and below ground demolition, material crushing and re-processing, earthworks re-compaction, lime and cement stabilisation, and dynamic and vibro-compaction. Our intent is to always provide the best environmental and cost effective solution.
Our projects have required the management and co-ordination of site validation for acceptance by future building designers and funders.
Rail related infrastructure works include replacement of worn out track and switches, cripple sidings and new rail shunt head sidings linked to the national network, and railway embankment reshaping in conjunction with Network Rail.
Mirus undertake Infrastructure and Remediation projects both as stand alone elements and also as part of an overall larger development.
Our Infrastructure roles have taken us across the UK and cover Construction Project Management and Cost Management services for highways and drainage, development park services, railway works including sidings and shunt headings on a range of development sites up to 100 acres in size.
