Mirus have provided construction project management and cost management services on a number of development sites throughout the Country, ranging from complete site infrastructure on a 60 acre site to road and service diversions.

These sites include complete development infrastructure including roadways and pavements to adopted standards, provision of development services, interchanges onto the existing adopted highways, and associated motorway junction improvements. Drainage works have included on site balancing of storm water and foul pumping stations with associated rising mains.

These projects have required extensive negotiation and discussion with Planners, Local Authority Highways, Highways Agency, Local Drainage Boards and Utility Companies.

Mirus undertake Infrastructure and Remediation projects both as stand alone elements and also as part of an overall larger development.

Our Infrastructure roles have taken us across the UK and cover Construction Project Management and Cost Management services for highways and drainage, development park services, railway works including sidings and shunt headings on a range of development sites up to 100 acres in size.
