Mirus were approached to provide Construction Project Management and Cost Consultancy Services on this project. Our role required a very hands on approach with the developers in delivering a very challenging High Bay insulated warehouse and associated buildings on a site with poor ground conditions.

Extensive use of our Supply Chain network and Value Engineering led to the extensive use of recycled elements and the provision of value added solutions.

Following the completion of the main build works, we were retained to manage the fit-out of the warehouse with a cold store. This required the programming and sequencing for a staged handover which resulted in the operation of the site by the required date.

This project was syndicate funded and require close liaison with the Fund Surveyor.
