Property & Construction Project Management

Mirus have acted as Construction Project Managers and Cost Managers on various schemes across the country for Innovate Logistics. Total area created is over 400,000ft² at a total investment of £12M. Each scheme involved an ambient distribution warehouse located on Enterprise Zone sites each of which held their own individual constraints.

Mirus provided as part of their role use of remediation techniques together with supply chain management in providing cost certainty to secure the clients budget.

Our overall role involved feasibility discussions, tender selection and management, Project Management, Cost Consultant and contract administration through from initial design to contract completion.

Each of the schemes were completed within budget and to the satisfaction of the client.
