Phase 1 of this project involved the construction of a 150,000ft2 ambient warehouse on an Enterprise Zone in Manton Wood Worksop. Our role involved Construction Project Management and Cost Management through all phases of the project.

Having secured a contract with Grampian Country Food Group for cold store space, we were tasked with delivering a major refit of the already completed building, from an ambient store to a cold store facility at temperatures of -2°C.

The Phase 2 work was undertaken by the Developer's own construction arm and required extensive planning and commercial assistance from Mirus. The work on site included heated floor slabs, structural racking, cold store wall and ceiling paneling, refrigeration equipment, and major adaptions to M&E services. All staged handovers were achieved to meet the operational requirements of the new contract.
