This project involved the construction of three Innovative High Tech Office complexes for the serviced office market which were located in Balliol, Newcastle upon Tyne, Adwick Park, Rotherham and Sherwood Park, Mansfield.
Acting as Construction Project Managers and Cost Consultants we worked closely with our Supply Chain and through Value Engineering we managed to achieve an all-in-one construction cost of £64.00 per sq ft.
The Project Managers' focus on time, quality and cost through the pre and post-construction phases, enabled all the site risks to be removed, and the successful delivery of the scheme within the client's budget.
The role as Project Managers covered feasibility, pre-contract tendering construction phase works, management of the construction phase works, and construction aftercare along with close liaison with the syndicate Fund Surveyor.
