Our initial role on this project involved site finding and working with joint developers to secure a deal for the development of a 110 bed hotel and over 55,000 ft2 of offices.

We prepared specifications for 45,000 ft2 of offices and negotiated the contract sum for a joint venture agreement, providing advice to our client on value being achieved.

Once in contract we were retained as Tenant Agents in ensuring the development outline was met. This required close liaison with the fund development team along with the management of tenants change orders.

The smaller office was project managed by Mirus under a separate contract undertaken at the end of the initial hotel and office development.

Both projects exceeded the expectations of the client.
