This landmark 'prototype' office, undertaken as a joint venture between Innovate Property Ltd and Yorkshire Forward is at the cutting edge of sustainable development, and is intended to provide the benchmark for future developers in providing sustainable buildings at commercially viable rates.

This project is currently under construction and is due for completion in January 2007. It is an exemplar of low energy design and demonstrates energy and resource saving technologies throughout both its design and implementation.

Mirus acted from inception to completion in the capacity of Construction Project Managers and Cost Consultants in meeting the exceptional aspirations of the stakeholders in this very exciting and challenging project.
