Access Storage Framework
Mirus have generated extensive experience in the Self Storage Industry with Access Storage and have worked on over 25 schemes ranging from new reception fit-out, interior storage alterations, refurbishment and extensions of existing buildings, through to complete design and construction of new build projects.
Major Projects include, Alperton, Barking, Battersea, Cricklewood, Kingston, Neasden, Northampton, Nottingham, Romford, Sunbury.
Our work also included assistance with brand redevelopment and advice on construction methods, leading on to the establishment of a framework of specialist contractors to deliver optimum value on the projects. The total approximate area of new storage space created is 575,000 sq ft with a capital spend of circa £25m. The projects were managed either by Management Contracting, Construction Management or Design and Build depending on the individual circumstances.
Our roles on these projects have taken us through concept and feasibility, tendering and construction, through to the management of relevant fit-out and general building aftercare.
