On this project we were approached by Humberside Saab to assist with the finalising of discussions with a developer to enable a new car showroom to be constructed on a new site in Hull.

Mirus reviewed the SAAB branding requirements and after discussions with the franchise holder, Humberside SAAB, a complete project outline was provided.

Mirus acted for Humberside SAAB in the capacity of Tenant's Agents. This initially included liaison with the project designers to clarify specific details on contract specification. Following project commencement, we continued to monitor the works for the Tenant including management of change orders.

Prior to the project commencement, Mirus worked with Humberside SAAB's legal team to remove restrictive covenants on the site. Works were completed to enable final fit-out all to the Tenant's satisfaction.
