Through the benefits gained from our industry knowledge and working in conjunction with our supply chain network, we are able to deliver cost budgets based on best value solutions along with the reduction of project risk, which results in out-turned project costs that meet or exceed the clients expectations.

Our hands on approach to Cost Management means we maintain a firm handle on the project costs at all times from initial feasibility and budget establishment, through tendering, project administration and finally the settlement of project accounts.

Mirus offer a flexible approach which is specific to each of our projects. We have established a proven track record in the delivery of final project costs which ultimately provides success to our clients and also to ourselves through repeat business and recommendations.

As part of our Cost Management service we also offer independent Value Management and Value Engineering to assist our clients' meeting any budget constraints. This can be provided via full work package reviews and through focused workshops and can be undertaken as part of a larger commission or in its own right.

Mirus have offered specialist Cost Management services alongside our other services, but particularly our construction Project Management since the business commenced in 2000.
