Our Project Management service covers the planning, organising, directing, administrating, monitoring and reporting throughout the course of the appointment in order to deliver the project goals. This is undertaken through our tailored approach for the specific needs of the project and clients.

Should a full Project Management service not be required we are able to provide alternative services for each project. This includes project monitoring on behalf of the investor or acting in the capacity of Tenants agent.

Project Monitoring

Independent overseeing and monitoring of construction projects for an investor before, during and after the project. This includes compliance checks on both financial and technical aspects of a project, risk management and reporting back to the stakeholder on the progress of their investment.

Tenants Agent

Independent overseeing and active monitoring of construction projects on behalf of the Tenant. Our services can be tailored to include compilation of building and Tenants work specifications, issuing of instructions, financial control of Tenants instructed works, compliance and risk management, and reporting back to the Tenant on the progress of the development.
