Our approach to Supply Chain Management can be used to supplement our other roles such as Construction Project Management, Cost Management and Facilities Management. The primary focus is to get the integrated team design approach early on in each project to reduce development risk, programme time and ultimately reduce cost.

The ongoing development and management of our Supply Chain continues to reap great benefits to both customers and contractors alike.

The Mirus Supply Chain has been established based on a partnering ethos between ourselves, contractors and specialist contractors, and our suppliers that have been generated from relationships spanning over 15 years.
