Our Value Management service covers the softer issues surrounding the establishment of a project expectations schedule that detail and ultimately score the critical elements based on value of each stakeholder for the project. Through the course of workshops and reviews the critical success factors of the project are established.

Value Engineering services are undertaken on the harder issues of cost reduction utilising our general knowledge, Supply Chain reviews and design team workshops. These ultimately result in the reduction of project risk and overall reduction in costs.

Mirus also offer stand alone Value Management and Value Engineering to assist our clients to meet any budget constraints.
