Work Package Procurement

This service can range from the procurement of a single client direct trade element within a larger contract, or a full blown Construction Management role in which we undertake the procurement and management of every element of the project.

Our service includes the establishment of schedules of work and contract conditions, tendering, negotiating and contract award, and finally management and final account settlement.

As a supplement to our Construction Project Management and Cost Management services we offer work package procurement services to our client's. Through our understanding of the construction process and access to specialist suppliers we are able to procure and manage construction elements direct for the client.
